Upon completing the consultation phase, our design team will perform the following:
Site Inventory -
Existing trees and plant material, property lines, grade attributes, utility locations, elevations, sun orientation, etc.
Site Measurements-
Property boundaries (location of property lines are the responsibility of the client), building measurements with door, window dimensions, driveway and sidewalk locations and measurements of decks, patios and existing landscaping.
Site Analysis-
Noting privacy & environmental concerns such as windbreaks or needed shade, appropriate planting & lighting locations, prospective areas for outdoor rooms, entertainment spots such as fire pits, patios, decks and water features
Site Photos-
Covering all sides of the building/s on the property
Once this information is obtained, our design team will create a detailed Master Design Plan, taking into consideration every aspect of your property. Upon completion, the Master Design Plan will be presented to you with an exact estimate for the project.
